Resolution: We will respond to your claim and propose a solution (replacement or full refund) within 24 hours of receiving the required video evidence.

For issues not related to product quality:
We may offer a partial refund or store credit as a gesture of goodwill, allowing you to keep the item.
If you insist on a return, you may ship the item back to us at your own expense. The item must be in its original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Upon receipt and successful inspection, we will issue a full refund.
