Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. A full refund will be issued upon cancellation. Unfortunately, cancellations cannot be processed once the order has been shipped.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we offer a refund or exchange at no extra cost.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Item Condition: Items must be unused and in their original, unworn condition, including all tags and packaging.
- Non-Returnable Items: We do not accept returns on the following:
- Items that have been damaged due to laundering or dry cleaning (including stains, burns, shrinkage, discoloration, wrinkles, tears, bleaching, iron damage, or damage to seams or buttons).
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for items that are lost, stolen, or missing once the shipping carrier has marked them as delivered. In such cases, we cannot offer a refund or reshipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If a return occurs due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer or if delivery is not completed due to a failed delivery attempt, the shipping costs will not be refunded. We cannot accept responsibility for packages that are undeliverable due to incorrect or missing address details.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer-Initiated Returns: If the return is initiated due to personal preference (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Company-Initiated Returns: If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
Return Authorization
All returns must be authorized in advance through our Returns Portal or by emailing service@Fromsparcoo.com. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be processed for a refund or exchange and may be returned to the customer at their expense.
Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you via email about the approval or denial of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1-2 business days.
- Pending Refunds: If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account. Refund processing times may vary by financial institution, so please also contact your credit card company or bank for more details. If you still haven't received your refund after these steps, please contact us at service@Fromsparcoo.com.

- Returns without prior authorization may not be accepted. We advise contacting our customer service team first to ensure your return is processed correctly.
- Special Circumstances: In certain cases, returns may be accepted after the 30-day period or without prior authorization. These will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and customers will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Great news! Your item is made just for you. Production Cycle: We are a custom manufacturing facility. Once you place an order, we begin producing your items immediately—a dedicated manufacturer that customizes even single-item orders. Production takes 3-5 days. Shipping duration varies by distance: 5-10 days. Fastest: 8-10 days for delivery. Slowest: 10-15 days for delivery. If customs clearance delays extend shipping time, delivery may take 15-20 days. For significant customs delays, we will email you before shipment. If no response is received, we will issue a refund.
Small patterns use 95% cotton blend fabric with 3D white ink direct-to-garment printing, followed by heat transfer printing on the finished garment. Type B Polyester Blend Fabric: Large patterns use 90% polyester-cotton blend fabric with 3D digital printing, followed by full-garment heat transfer digital printing on the finished garment. (Note: Large prints cannot achieve the offset printing effect you envision, and offset printing cannot be used for custom designs. Full-garment printing is only possible on polyester-cotton blend fabrics. Pure cotton cannot be used for full-garment printing.) C. Pre-washed cotton fabric: Lower-priced options use 3D direct-to-garment heat transfer printing, while higher-priced options use 3D direct-to-garment offset printing.

1. As these items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns without cause. We only accept claims for quality issues. For quality concerns, please record a video and email it to us. We will respond to your inquiry and resolve the issue within 24 hours. What constitutes a quality issue: damage or deterioration. 2. If you are dissatisfied due to incorrect sizing, fabric, pattern, or other details, we only offer partial compensation for that specific item. If you insist on returning the item for a refund, since it is a custom product, you must cover the return shipping costs and ensure the garment is clean when returned to our warehouse. Upon inspection and confirmation, we will issue a full refund. 3. As a new factory seller, we may occasionally encounter issues with individual packages during sales, production, or shipping. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience in such cases. Thank you for trusting our store. We offer coupons for new arrivals to buyers who demonstrate high integrity and tolerance. For malicious, overly critical buyers who initiate disputes without email communication or act impulsively, we will generally process their requests slowly. Serious cases may result in bank card blacklisting.
